Four lose CT BBB accreditation

The Better Business Bureau says it has revoked accreditations for four Connecticut firms for breaching its standards.

They are:

  • Carroll Chimney Sweeps of Cheshire, for failure to maintain required licensing;
  • White Eagle Constructions, of New Britain, for failure to respond to customer complaint;
  • Durham Auto Center, in Durham, for failure to respond to customer complaint;
  • Advanced Basement Systems of Connecticut, based in Milford, for failure to maintain BBB minimum rating grade for accreditation.
