Four join St. Francis

St. Francis Hospital in Hartford has added three to its medical staff.

Christopher Chan, a specialist in emergency medicine, is practicing as a member of the St. Francis Emergency Medical Group. Chan received his medical degree from Wake Forest University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in emergency medicine at New York Medical College and earned his doctorate in molecular genetics at Wake Forest University School of Medicine.

Abdul Majeed Sheikh, a specialist in hospital medicine, is a practicing member of the St. Francis Medical Group. Sheikh received his medical degree from Khyber Medical College in Pakistan. He completed a fellowship in infectious diseases at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center and completed his residency with the department of medicine at the University of Connecticut.

Kimberly Caprio, a specialist in breast surgery, is practicing as a member of the St. Francis Medical Group. Caprio received her medical degree from the New Jersey Medical School. She completed her residency at the New Jersey School of Medicine, department of surgery. Caprio has also completed a breast surgery fellowship at Yale-New Haven Hospital.

Rachelle Dyquiangco, a hospitalist, is practicing as a member of the St. Francis Emergency Medical Group. Dyquiangco received her medical degree from the University of Santo Tomas, Philippines. She completed her fellowship in nephrology at Baylor Medical College of Medicine and completed her residency at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine.
