A Wethersfield warehouse that was formerly home to the Clearing House Auction Galleries has sold for $975,000, town records show.
The 21,510-square-foot property at 207 Church St., sold earlier this month.
The buyer was 207 Church Street LLC, which is controlled by Jay Maffe, president and CEO of Maffe Financial Group in Glastonbury.
The seller was TYLORD1 LLC, which is controlled by Realtor John M. Zubretsky Jr., state records show.
