Former Trump estate in Greenwich sells for $31.5M

The former Greenwich home of presidential candidate Donald Trump and his ex-wife, Ivanna Trump, has sold for $31.5 million.

Financier Robert Steinberg and his wife, Suzanne, bought the 19,786-square-foot shoreline mansion from Ivanna Trump in 1998 for $15 million. Ivanna Trump died in 2022.

The Steinbergs sold the property to Num 21 Vista Drive LLC and Twenty One Vista Drive LLC, in a deal recorded Oct. 10, according to town land records.

It’s unclear who owns the LLCs, and local real estate agents have declined to identify the buyer.
