A two-story commercial building in Stamford has traded for $1.93 million, according to the city’s land records.
Geco Investment Limited Liability Co., of Stamford, bought the 8,002-square-foot building, at 207 Greenwich Ave., on May 11.
The seller was Flavor Building Stamford LLC, according to property records. The limited liability company bought the property for $1 million in 2015.
The building was previously home to Flavorism Food Hall, a delivery-only food hall and culinary incubator that offered a variety of different cuisines. The business is permanently closed, according to its website.
The building sits on a 0.31-acre parcel and was built in 1951, property records show. It is appraised at $1.45 million and assessed at $1.01 million.
