The former Three Rivers nursing home property in Norwich has changed hands.
The 60 Crouch Ave. property sold for $1.05 million on May 4, according to city property records. The buyer was 10 Star Realty LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company that lists a principal office in New Hyde Park, New York. State business records identify the company’s principals as Jency John, Jamie John and Amy Abraham.
The seller was Norwich Senior Realty LLC, which is controlled by New Jersey residents Shimshon Fisher and Martha Fisher, according to state records.
The property includes a 32,963-square-foot former nursing home building on 10.06 acres. Marketing materials for the site highlighted the potential for residential redevelopment, subject to local zoning approvals.
The facility has been vacant since 2020, when state health officials ordered all residents removed following a COVID-19 outbreak and findings of widespread deficiencies in patient care, infection control, staffing and management.
