WellSpark Health, the Farmington-based provider of corporate wellness programs, announced a change in leadership Tuesday.
The subsidiary of health insurer ConnectiCare, which is owned by New York-based EmblemHealth, has named Andi Campbell its new president.Â
Campbell, who previously served as chief operations and growth officer, replaces WellSpark founder Roberta (Bert) Wachtelhausen, who will continue to be a company advisor and serve on WellSpark’s board of directors.Â

Wachtelhausen is also the interim president of ConnectiCare, following the departure of Karen Moran last year.Â
Before joining WellSpak, Campbell was senior vice president, head of people and
culture at Hartford-based LAZ Parking. She has also held leadership positions at LPL
Financial and Proactive Approach, both in San Diego, California.Â
In 2021, WellSpark announced plans to add 287 jobs over seven years. The state agreed to provide the company with up to $1.5 million in grants if it meets that hiring target by 2026.Â
