Bloomfield aerospace manufacturer-distributor Kaman Corp. said it has appointed an executive coach and former Goodrich executive to a newly created 11th seat on its board of directors.
Jennifer M. Pollino, who retired from Goodrich Corp. in 2012, operates the consulting and coaching firm JMPollino LLC. Pollino, who is a certified public accountant, spent 20 years at Goodrich, where she held various management roles, including executive vice president of human resources and communications and president and general manager of several Goodrich Aerospace divisions.
She is also a director at Stamford industrial products manufacturer Crane Co. and California’s Wesco Aircraft Holding Inc., which has a Wallingford office.
As Jan. 1, Kaman paid its non-employee directors a $70,000 annual retainer, $100,000 in equity awards, and additional retainers for committee membership, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission.
