A former Bank of America branch property located on Route 6 in Bristol has sold via auction.
The 6,930-square-foot former bank office at 53 North St., has been purchased by Bristol-based D’Amato Realty LLC for $406,600, property records show.
The property was built in 1930 and was owned by Fleet National Bank, which later became part of Bank of America.
The building, which was listed for sale via auction by CBRE, sits on a 0.66-acre lot with 42 parking spaces and a drive-thru lane.
It wasn’t immediately clear what the new owner plans to do with the property.
