The former Bally’s Total Fitness building on New Britain Avenue in West Hartford has been sold for $3.1 million, town records show.
The 62,500-square-foot property at 1031 New Britain Ave., sold in October to A Storage Solution LLC.
The seller was WH ELM LLC, which is controlled by William Wayne Rand.
The property is currently vacant, but the previous owner did receive town approval to convert the former gym into a self-storage facility. The project, however, never materialized.
