Former ACES school property sold for $1.5M

A former ACES school building in North Haven has sold for $1.5 million.

New Haven-based Area Cooperative Educational Services sold the 18,800-square-foot building at 350 State St., which it has owned since 2000.

The buyer is North Haven-based GP Group LLC, and principals Deejay Peterson and Curtis and Marjorie Gibson. 

GP Group and its principals are affiliated with Hamden-based Community Social Integration, an agency dedicated to working with developmentally delayed individuals.

The North Haven property has a total appraised value of $1.8 million

The two-story facility, built in 1978, sits on nearly one acre.
