Longtime real estate industry veteran Mark A. Foreman has joined Hamden-based Press|Cuozzo Realtors.
Foreman was Connecticut Realtor of the Year in 2005, and he served as president of the Connecticut Association of Realtors in 2006. He has been active with the National Association of Realtors (NAR), serving as a member of its housing needs, member policy and board jurisdiction committees.
Foreman was co-leader of a Connecticut delegation of realtors on NAR’s work with Habitat for Humanity’s Global Village Program, which involved building homes in areas devastated by Hurricane Katrina.
“Mark brings significant real estate experience, an incredibly impressive background. He is well-regarded by his peers and has held numerous leadership positions within the industry,” said John Cuozzo, principal and broker.
Foreman was the founder and co-owner of Cornerstone Capital Mortgage and Real Estate Services. He previously served as a senior vice president of operations for Century 21 Real Estate LLC and held the same position for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate.
