According to online auction promotion materials, the course and club within earshot of Yale University has a 24,000-square-foot clubhouse, three pools, tennis courts, a groundskeeper’s home and 180 acres.
The property is zoned residential A, suggesting it may appeal to developers eager to build luxury housing units.
