Donna Flynn has been appointed first vice president at Liberty Bank in Middletwon. She will be responsible for the bank’s new Small Business Solutions Group. Flynn joined Liberty in 2007, charged with creating a full-service cash management operation for business customers.
She previously served 11 years at Citizens Bank in cash management sales and implementation. From 1981 to 1996, she worked at CBT/Fleet, serving as cash management implementation manager, ACH department manager, and training coordinator for the Adjustment department.
Established in 1825, Liberty Bank is Connecticut’s oldest mutual bank, with more than $3.4 billion in assets and 44 banking offices throughout the central, eastern, and shoreline areas of the state.
