A Florida investor recently paid $2.6 million for a Windsor commercial building occupied by a Bank of America branch.
In a deed recorded June 27, a limited liability company operated by Hollywood, Florida-based real estate investor Jacob Khotoveli acquired a 4,686-square-foot, brick-and-stone-sided building on 1.5 acres at 1045 Kennedy Road, in Windsor.
The property was sold by Brotherhood Limited Partnership, a real estate investment and development firm based in Orange. It is occupied under a triple-net lease.
Mark Krantz and Derrick Dougherty of Marcus & Millichap marketed the property and worked with John Krueger, also of Marcus & Millichap, to secure the buyer.
“Bank of America remains one of the most dominant financial institutions in the region, ranking among the top five deposit holders in Hartford County,” Krantz said. “This location benefits from exceptional real estate fundamentals—positioned as an outparcel to high-performing national retailers such as Target, HomeGoods, Stop & Shop, and Petco.”
