In July, Northwest Air begins non-stop service from Bradley International Airport to Amsterdam. It’s a huge deal, but it would be nice if the airport’s marketing was a little less enthralled with the change.
Northwest Air is marketing the right message: “First non-stop flight to Europe.” Bradley’s advertising that “international flights start in July.” That message is right under its name: Bradley International Airport. Hasn’t it had international flights – Canada is another country, after all — for a while? This looks silly.
