Architecture firm Fletcher Thompson has moved into its new corporate headquarters at the Mechanics & Farmers Bank Building on Main Street in downtown Bridgeport, returning to the city where the firm was founded in 1909.
The firm moved away from Bridgeport in 2002 to a new headquarters in Shelton, but returned to the Park City to house 60 jobs.
The company has been a leading designer in following U.S. Green Building Council guidelines for new construction and renovations. It employs more than 100 people in offices in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, and Florida.
