The American Liver Foundation raised more than $245,000 recently at its annual fundraising event, Flavors of Connecticut, at the Aqua Turf Club. The gala featured 34 of Connecticut’s top chefs, each preparing an upscale multi-course dinner, live and up close, at the guests’ table.
