Five Years and $500,000 of Giving

The Northeast Utilities Foundation presented a check for more than $100,000 to Our Piece of the Pie, the organization that oversees the foundation’s PEAC program at the R.J. Kinsella School of the Performing Arts in Hartford. The five-year $500,000 grant — now in its final year — has helped make significant improvements in the students’ academic and personal lives and has helped Kinsella become one of the most improved public schools in Hartford.
