A five-unit apartment building in Norwalk has sold for $1.16 million, according to the city’s property records.
Seven Bridge LLC, controlled by Yan Li and Diana Lee, of Stamford, bought the three-story, 6,412-square-foot building, at 7 Bridge St. An email to Li was not immediately returned.
The seller was 7 Bridge Street LLC, controlled by Luke Sproviero, of Norwalk. He bought the building for $1.11 million in 2021, property records show.
The building, which sits on a 0.27-acre parcel and was built in 1924, is appraised at $1.02 million and assessed at $712,450.
