Five Hartford apartment buildings, with 32 apartments, sell for $2.6M

A Monsey, New York-based limited liability company recently paid $2.6 million for a portfolio of five Hartford apartment buildings with 32 total apartments.

MG Brick LLCĀ paid a total of $2.5 million in a series of purchases from limited liability companies sharing a common principal in Yitzchok Kaufman, of Spring Valley, New York.

The purchases, all recorded July 5, include:

  • 27 Bond St. – a six-unit, three-story, brick apartment building built in 1900.
  • 896-898 Park St. – a six-unit, three-story, brick building built in 1908.
  • 906-908 Park St. – a six-unit, three-story, brick building built in 1908.
  • 47-49 Putnam St. – an eight-unit, two-story, vinyl-sided building built in 1970.
  • 42-44 Redding St. – a six-unit, three-story, brick building built in 1920.

Thuyan Tran, vice president of commercial investments with Vanguard PCG, brokered the deal for both parties.Ā
