A Dallas-based bus company has launched a new service at the University of Connecticut’s Storrs campus giving students access to New York City and Boston five days a week.
Flixbus began offering the service, which arrives at and departs from 109 Royce Circle, a transportation center next to the school’s main campus, on March 7.
The service connects UConn students to Boston’s South Station and Midtown Manhattan (31st Street & 8th Avenue).
Buses run between both cities and Storrs five days a week, with no service on Tuesday or Wednesday.Â
Tickets are available at Greyhound.com and FlixBus.com or through the Greyhound or FlixBus mobile apps.
Flix North America Inc. is the parent company of FlixBus Inc. and Greyhound Lines Inc. The company and its subsidiaries provide service in the United States, Canada and Mexico, with almost 2,300 destinations across its network.Â
