First Niagara Financial Group has hired Laurentia (Laurie) Price as senior credit manager for its commercial banking team.
She will lead a team of underwriters and two regional credit managers and will maintain offices in New Haven and Nyack, N.Y.
Price was most recently CFO for Integritas, Inc., a Pennsylvania electronic medical records provider that was acquired by Net Health in May.
Before that, Price worked from 2001 to 2011 for Webster Bank, most recently as senior vice president and chief credit approval officer.
