FIP Construction Inc. has relocated its New England headquarters from Cheshire to 14,978 square feet of leased space at 308 Farmington Ave. in Farmington.
FIP’s new office occupies the entire third floor of the 45,000-square-foot office building owned by Pro Park Group LLC.
The company moved from 10 McKee Place in Cheshire.
Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant in lease talks.

Credit union opens in Southington
American Eagle Federal Credit Union has opened a branch at 888 Queen St. in Southington.
The pad site, adjacent Interstate 84, is leased from JBW Enterprises LLC in Bristol.
The R. Calabrese Agency LLC represented the landlord and Ray Thomas of Colliers International represented the tenant in the land lease.
Coynes’ repair shop builds
Coynes Automotive in Westbrook has hired Pat Munger Construction Co. Inc. to build its new collision-repair center in North Branford.
Munger will erect the building foundation and metal shell for the 7,000-square-foot building that will include offices, a waiting area and a state-of-the-art auto-body repair shop.
Price was not disclosed.
Dental center buys
The Manchester Family Dental Center has paid $317,500 for a two-story office building at 99 East Center St. in Manchester. The building consists of 4,150 square feet at the corner of Summit Street and East Center Street.
Sentry Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented the seller, 99 East Center Street LLC, in the deal.

Verna buys in Rocky Hill
Wallingford developer and investor Verna Properties recently paid a total $2.6 million for two multi- tenant, industrial/flex properties in Rocky Hill.
The properties are at 97 & 99 Hammer Mill Road. Verna paid $1.15 million for the 27,012-square-foot 97 Hammer Mill property, and $1.45 million for the other 27,500-square-foot building.
The properties are fully leased with the exception of 11,000 square feet available for lease at 99 Hammer Mill Road, authorities said.
Sentry Commercial and New Haven Group LLC represented the seller DeMeo Family LLC in the sale.

Environmental Office Solutions recently moved to 37,000 square feet at 130 Prestige Park Road in East Hartford.
EOS was formerly at 45 Belden St., East Hartford. Sentry Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant in the lease.

The Geenty Group, Realtors represented the tenant and landlord Mariner Properties LLC in the lease.
