Fighting to End Long-Term Homelessness

More than 380 state agency leaders, advocates, tenants, sponsors, funders, developers, and service providers recently attended the Reaching Home Celebration Dinner & Awards event. The Reaching Home Campaign is an initiative of the Partnership for Strong Communities to end long-term homelessness in Connecticut through the creation of 10,000 new units of supportive housing.
