A fast-growing, last-mile logistics company has leased 15,000 square feet in North Haven, according to the brokerage firm involved in the deal.
Long Island, New York-based SpeedX Xpress Inc. leased a portion of a 60,000-square-foot, high-bay warehouse at 78 Rebeschi Drive, in North Haven, according to an announcement Monday by O,R&L Commercial.
According to SpeedX’s website, the company launched in 2022 with a focus on serving a select number of New York neighborhoods. The company has since expanded across the U.S. and beyond, delivering more than 1 million packages daily, according to its website.
The building hosting SpeedX was built in 1989 and is one of two warehouses on a 10.9-acre North Haven property, which is owned by the estate of Andrew Dixon.
Samuel Crampton, of O,R&L represented the landlord and secured the tenant.
