Farmington’s Round Hill Square office-retail complex off Route 4 sold recently for $1.25 million, brokers say.
A unit of Newington’s Reno Properties Group LLC bought from Round Hill Associates LLC the property at 1027-1035 Farmington Ave., across from Tunxis Fore Driving Range and Tunxis Plantation Country Club, said Reno Properties, which also served as the buyer’s broker. RLM Co. represented the seller.
Round Hill Square consists of four buildings almost fully leased, totaling 21,415 square feet on 3.3 acres, according to a LoopNet.com online listing flyer. The original asking price was $1.4 million.
Retail tenants include Fast Cuts Plus salon and Claudia’s breakfast-lunch restaurant.
Reno said new owner, Round Hill Square LLC, will manage the property and seek to fill its remaining vacancies.
