Farmington shopping plaza sells for $1.87M

A 9,090-square-foot shopping center on 2.5 acres in Farmington recently sold for $1.87 million.

In a deed recorded Aug. 23, Spring Plaza LLC sold the 16-year-old plaza at 2 Spring Lane to Spring Lane Plaza LLC. Both limited liability companies list Farmington addresses. 

The seller’s principals are Paul DiTommaso Jr., Sebastian DiTommaso, Salvatore DiTomasso and Maria Fabrizi, all of Farmington.

The buyer’s principals are Emmanuel Psaras and Aspasia Psaras, who share an Avon address. 

The plaza holds five retail tenants, including the Galleria Restaurant.
