Farmington retail property sells for $3.4M

A 12,380-square-foot retail building in Farmington has sold for $3.4 million, town records show.

The property at 242 Colt Highway is currently home to United Ag & Turf, which is a John Deere dealer. 

It sold Nov. 16 to SCF RC FUNDING IV LLC, which is controlled by New Jersey-based Essential Properties, state records show. 

Essential Properties acquires, owns and manages primarily single-tenant properties leased to middle-market companies, according to its website. 

The seller was CSL PROPERTIES LLC, which is controlled by Charles W. Luke, state records show.
