Farmington research firm to merge with Arizona biz

Farmington market research firm The Pert Group announced on Wednesday that it had merged with Arizona market research firm MSS.

The merger was complete on Wednesday and full integration will take place by Sept. 1. The new firm will be known as Acturus, specializing in custom research-based consulting and studies for clients.

The Pert Group was founded in 1978 providing financial and behavioral information to clients’ marketing decision-making. Its clients are from the restaurant, financial services and alcoholic beverages industries.

Financial and employment details were not disclosed.
