A West Hartford investment group has acquired a two-story brick office building in Farmington from one of its tenants for $735,000.
The group, 200 Mountain Rd LLC, led by Marc, Ronald and Paul Gattinella, purchased the 6,750-square-foot building at 200 Mountain Road a week ago from Stephen Moran, a dentist of Family Dental Care of Farmington.Â
The multi-tenant colonial office building is also home to Pediatric Associates of Farmington and Pennell Wealth Advisors, and is adjacent to the recently opened Five Corners retail center.
Farmington broker Amodio & Co. Real Estate represented the buyer and seller in the deal.
Moran purchased the 0.68-acre site in 2000 for an undisclosed amount, land records show. The land and building have an assessed value of $798,000.
