A former Farmington office building has been purchased for $1.1 million.
The 9,491-square-foot property at 130 Birdseye Road sold this month.
The buyer was Rolling Bones Real Estate LLC, which is controlled by Dr. Paul Murray, who is the owner of Hartford-based Murray Joint Replacement Surgery.
Murray Joint Replacement Surgery has several Greater Hartford locations, including in Avon, Enfield and Glastonbury.
