A small office building in Farmington has sold for $1.1 million, records show.
The 8,100-square-foot office building at 128 Garden St., sold in January for $1.2 million, property records show.
The buyer was Five Goats LLC, which lists an Avon business address. The buyer’s principal is The Evangeline Adams Trust UAD, records show.
The seller was D& D FARMINGTON LLC, whose principals are Michael Doherty of West Hartford and Ryan Deasy of New Britain, state records show.
Doherty and Deasy purchased the property in late 2021 for $1 million. Doherty told the Hartford Business Journal, at that time, that the property was 75% leased.
The two-story office building was built in 1950, and has 40 surface parking spaces. Its most recent appraised market value, according to the town, was $927,800.
