Farmington’s AdNet Technologies said it has sold its IT training division to a Michigan-based network of training centers.
Financial terms of the deal with NH Learning Solutions Inc. were not disclosed.
NH Learning Solutions operated 16 New Horizons training centers in 10 states, including locations in Bloomfield and Fairfield.
AdNet said the deal allows it to focus and invest in its core business lines, which include IT advisory and support, security and compliance services.
NH Learning said it will offer AdNet clients a lengthy schedule of training courses for Cisco, Microsoft, VMware and other products and systems.
