A Farmington landlord has paid $1.28 million for a New Britain Avenue building whose first tenant will include a commercial laundry service.
JHB Holdings LP of Radnor, Pa., bought the 40,680-square-foot structure on three acres at 1838 New Britain Ave. from Stanley Realty Co.
Image First Health Care Laundry Specialists is leasing 21,000 square feet of the building for its operations, authorities said.
Matthews Commercial Properties represented JHB Holdings in the deal.
William Raveis Real Estate represented the seller.

Vacant downtown Hartford office tower 200 Constitution Plaza is up for sale or lease, authorities say.
CBRE/New England is overseeing marketing of the 135,000-square-foot former Travelers Education Center building.
Asking price for the property, which recently underwent foreclosure, was not disclosed.
The owner is 200 Constitution Plaza REO LLC.

Wholesale insurance broker AmWINS Brokerage of New England has signed a new lease at 308 Farmington Ave. in Hartford for about 14,500 square feet.
AmWINS employs about 35 people in the branch.
