Farmington Bank’s second western Massachusetts branch opens Wednesday in East Longmeadow.
The approximately 2,000-square-foot office at 61 N. Main St. follows the October opening of the Farmington community lender’s branch at 85 Elm Street in West Springfield.
A month-long celebration will make the East Longmeadow expansion, including a scheduled Dec. 12 visit by former Red Sox knuckleballer Tim Wakefield.
With $2.7 billion in assets, Farmington Bank has 24 branches in central Connecticut and western Massachusetts.
