Farmington Bank has hired Michael Panciera as vice president and commercial loan officer.
He will work from the bank’s Glastonbury office on Hebron Avenue.
Panciera previously served as vice president of business banking for Citizen’s Bank. He has also worked for New Alliance Bank, Bank of America and First International Bancorp.
He has a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a master’s degree in economics from UConn.
