Farmington Bank helps finance West Hartford affordable housing project

John Patrick Jr., Farmington Bank chairman, president and CEO (third from left) joined others at the recent groundbreaking of The Goodwin, a $10 million mixed-income apartment facility located at 189 Newington Road, directly across the street from the Elmwood Stop & Shop Plaza. The Goodwin, which will consist of 47 one, two and three bedroom rental units, will be financed by Farmington Bank with assistance from the Department of Housing.
