Nonprofit social service agency Families in Crisis has named Joyce Betts as its new executive director effective January 1, 2015.
Betts will succeed Susan Quinlan, who is retiring after 26 years at the agency. Betts joined Families in Crisis in 1996 as an intern and has served as the chief operating officer since July 2002.
Families in Crisis offers a variety of programs to assist families with overcoming the challenges related to the incarceration of a loved one.
