A retail property with unattached office space in Fairfield has sold for $3.67 million, according to property records.
Reef Road Master LLC, controlled by retired Fairfield radiologist Robert D. Russo Jr., purchased the 11,841-square-foot, two-story retail building and 1,527-square-foot, two-story office building, at 363 Reef Road. Robert D. Russo, a Fairfield attorney and Robert D. Russo Jr.’s son, said his father bought the property as an investment.
The seller was Reef Road Realty LLC, controlled by William Martoccia, of Florida. He bought the property in 2010.
The two buildings, which were built in 1985 and sit on a 0.66-acre parcel, have a total appraised value of $3.97 million and a total assessed value of $2.78 million.
