A Fairfield developer has purchased a large, two-story office building and two automotive properties on a main road in Wilton from a Massachusetts real estate firm for $15.3 million, according to the town’s property transfer records.
Julian Enterprises, headquartered at 418 Meadow St. in Fairfield, bought the two-story office building, at 372 Danbury Road, for $13.7 million from Wilton GSE LLC. It has a gross lease area of 80,980 square feet and sits on 5.95 acres.
The company also bought a two-story building with a gross lease area of 5,700 square feet, at 378 Danbury Road, for $800,000 from Wilton 378 LLC. It also acquired a 1.25-story structure with a gross lease area of 2,600 square feet from 380 Danbury Road LLC. These two buildings sit on adjoining parcels that cover a total of 1.2 acres.
Julian bought the properties as 372 Danbury Road LLC, 378 Danbury Road LLC and 380 Danbury Road LLC, according to state records. The LLC names for the seller trace back to The Grossman Cos. Inc., based in Quincy, Massachusetts.
Calls to Julian were not immediately returned.
