A group of lawyers at a Fairfield law firm has purchased a three-story office building in town, at 1232 Post Road, for $1.85 million, according to the town’s property records.
1238 Post Road LLC has bought the 5,002-square-foot building from Mathanna of Connecticut LLC, which is controlled by Kieran Costello of Westport.Â
The buying LLC is controlled by Christopher Brennan, of Monroe, Anthony Sasso, of Fairfield, and Edward Sinclair III, of Westport.
Costello, Brennan, Sasso and Sinclair are all lawyers at Costello, Brennan, Davidas, Sasso & Sinclair PC at 1238 Post Road in Fairfield, according to the firm’s website.
A call to Sinclair was not immediately returned.Â
Mathanna of Connecticut LLC bought the office building for $1.08 million in July 2005, property records show.
The building, which has a saltbox roof structure and was built in 1908, is appraised at $1.16 million and assessed at $810,810.
