Fairbanks Energy opens Hartford outpost

Fairbanks Energy Services, a design/build energy conservation firm and developer of large commercial and industrial efficiency projects, has opened a Hartford office.

The new location for the Hingham, Mass.-based company will be headed by Sabin Rossi, who will direct business development and operations for Connecticut. Most recently a partner with World Power Group, Rossi has also served as president of Tethys Petroleum and in various other executive positions in energy consulting and development across the United States and internationally.

Fairbanks said its Hartford office will tap into the Connecticut Green Bank’s Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) program, which provides financing for efficiency measures that lower overall operational cost.

The Fairbanks Energy Services Hartford Office is located at 100 Pearl St.
