The Greater Hartford Convention & Visitors Bureau and the Greater Springfield Convention & Visitors Bureau (GSCVB) teamed up to present a “Tourism Trends” industry update at the New England Air Museum at Bradley International Airport in Windsor Locks. More than 75 convention, hospitality and tourism, and transportation industry professionals heard from speakers Kiran Jain, director of marketing and development at Bradley International Airport, and Maureen O’Hanlon, a senior partner of the Prism Partnership of Boston and 25-year veteran in the travel and hospitality industry.
