L. Joyelle (Joy) Maini has joined Harris Beach Murtha’s Trusts and Estates Practice Group as Senior Counsel. She is based in the firm’s Bantam, Conn., office.
Joy brings nearly 20 years of experience as an estate planner. She also serves as fiduciary and represents fiduciaries in the administration of complex trusts and estates and develops family succession and business plans.
She is the sixth attorney added to the firm’s Trusts and Estates Practice Group this year, as the firm’s private wealth business explodes with growth. The attorneys work with individuals with high net worth, families and business owners on complicated estate planning, tax, business succession, estate/trust administration and probate matters.
Joy is active in the Connecticut Bar Association, Waterbury Bar Association, Litchfield Bar Association, Connecticut Italian American Bar Association and is a member of the Connecticut Community Foundation’s Women’s Giving Circle Steering Committee.
