Expansion chief exits Aetna

Aetna is bracing for a different kind of fourth quarter loss. The Hartford-based insurance giant will lose Craig R. Callen, senior vice president of strategic planning and business development. Callen, 51, has decided to move back to New York City after three years with the company. The CEO’s office and Joseph Zubretsky, a CFO and executive vice president at the company, will take over Callen’s responsibilities.
