Execs expect to add jobs

 

Local chief financial and information officers forecast second quarter job gains for the Hartford to New Haven corridor in a new survey by staffing firm

. Eight percent of the 200 CFOs surveyed plan to add staff in the second quarter, while only 2 percent plan cuts. Eighteen percent of the 200 CIOs surveyed plan to hire, and only 1 percent plan to cut. The outlook for local tech jobs is five points higher than the national average.
