Development of a 165-acre industrial—distribution-office park is ready to commence on the former site of Pratt & Whitney Co.’s North Haven production plant, realty sources say.
Realty broker O,R&L Commercial announced Tuesday its exclusive listing of NewConn Intermodal Park at 409-415 Washington Ave. (Route 5) for owner-developer 415 Washington Ave. Partners LLC.
The park will offer ground up construction of industrial, distribution and office buildings from 50,000 square feet to more than 1.5 million square feet, authorities said.
The site is within minutes of the Port of New Haven and Tweed New Haven Airport.
