The Hartford home of disgraced ex-Mayor Eddie Perez is for sale, online real estate files show.
The one-family, 2,387-square-foot dwelling, which played a central role in Perez’s corruption trial, carries an asking price of $350,000, according to the listing on Remax.com.
The five-bedroom Colonial at 59 Bloomfield Ave., is listed as being in move-in condition with a fireplace, dining room, remodeled kitchen, office, and a large master bedroom with a spa bath and balcony.
The property also houses four additional bedrooms, a dressing room, patio, private backyard, and two-car garage.
Last September, Perez was sentenced to three years in prison for taking a bribe and attempted extortion, including accepting $40,000 in home improvements from a contractor who wanted to keep a $2.4 million city contract.
Perez is appealing the decision.Â
