The Westbrook building that once housed former Frankie’s Restaurant has sold for $650,000 to make way for a new eatery.
New owner Grumps Productions LLC of Canterbury will reopen the property at 359 Boston Post Road as Upper Deck Sports Bar & Grill with an all-new kitchen and other renovations around April 1, authorities say.
H. Pearce Commercial represented the owner, Maryland’s Eastern Savings Bank, and Just Restaurants LLC represented the buyer in the deal.
The 5,300-square-foot building features a 1,700-square-foot rooftop deck for outdoor dining.
